Transaction in Own Shares

Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given by its
shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2024 and pursuant to the
Company's share buy-back announced on 25 February 2025, it has purchased for
cancellation through Panmure Liberum Limited, the following ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  271,904
 Trading venue:                                  London Stock Exchange
 Lowest price paid per share (p):                30.5p
 Highest price paid per share (p):               30.5p
 Average price paid per share (p):               30.5p

 

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have
133,954,798 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
