Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

 

Staffline, the Recruitment and Training group, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed by shareholders.

The Placing and Open Offer remain conditional on the admission of the 40,986,097 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM having become effective on or before 8.00 a.m. on 16 July 2019.

The Enlarged Share Capital of the Company following Admission will be 68,930,486 Ordinary Shares in aggregate. Therefore the total voting rights in the Company as at 16 July 2019 will be 68,930,486. This figure may be used by Shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given in the Company's announcement of 27 June 2019.
