** Digital trust technology firm says IBM IBM.N will use its AI-driven document processing and validation software under a contract
** Says software to be deployed across Australia and New  Zealand
** Contract has initial term of one year, with immediate revenue contribution
** Stock down 30.3% YTD, including the session's moves
