** Stallion India Fluorochemicals  STAF.NS  closed 40% higher
at 126 rupees on first day of trading, valuing the company at 10
billion rupees ($115.7 mln)
    ** Industrial gas manufacturer's stock opened at 120 rupees
on the NSE vs issue price of 90 rupees 
    ** Co made 33% premium in a "good" debut - Shivani Nyati,
Head of Wealth at Swastika Investmart
    ** Industrial gas maker's IPO was oversubscribed 188.4 times
during three-day bidding process - exchange data
    ** The portion set aside for institutional investors has
been subscribed ~173 times; retail investors' portion subscribed
~97 times 
    ** IPO consisted of fresh issue of 17.9 mln shares, 4.3 mln
shares under offer for sale
