Standard Chartered PLC: Group Company Secretary change

Standard Chartered PLC (the Company) today announces that Adrian de Souza,
Group Company Secretary will leave his role on 14 November 2025 with Scott
Corrigan taking on that position from 14 November 2025, in addition to his
role as Group General Counsel.

Mr Corrigan, a qualified lawyer, joined the Company in 2014 and has held the
role of Group General Counsel since January 2025.
