Supplementary prospectus dated 23 February 2024 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") supplementing the Base Prospectus dated 15 June 2023, as
supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 28 July 2023, 4 September
2023, 26 October 2023 and 28 December 2023 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to
a U.S.$77,500,000,000 debt issuance programme with Standard Chartered PLC and
Standard Chartered Bank as issuers (the Base Prospectus as supplemented from
