Standard Chartered PLC - statement on the Bank of England 2025 Bank Capital
Stress Test results
Standard Chartered PLC (the Group) notes the publication today by the Bank of
England on the results for 2025 Bank Capital Stress Test. The results
showed that, under the Bank of England's hypothetical scenario, the Group
exceeded all minimum requirements and show an
improvement relative to 2022/23 Annual Cyclical Scenario (ACS) Stress
Test. The Group has a diverse and liquid balance sheet, and these
results demonstrate the Group's continued capital strength and resilience to
stress.
