Standard Lithium on track to get two U.S. patents, shares rise

** Shares of Canada-based Standard Lithium Ltd  SLI.V  jump
7.1% to $5.85
    ** U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issues Notices of
Allowance for SLV's first two U.S. patent applications

    ** Notice of Allowance is issued after examination of a
patent application and a determination that a patent should be
granted from the application
    ** SLV says it is anticipating the issue of the formal
registration of these patents in the coming months
    ** The patents, titled "Process for Recovering Lithium from
Brines", will facilitate Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) from
lithium brines
    ** DLE technologies usually extract lithium out of brine
using filters, membranes, ceramic beads, or other equipment
    ** Accounting for session gains, company's shares down 52%
