** Shares of diversified holding co  STRR.O  up as much as
2.65% at $1.16 
    ** Co names Richard Coleman as chief executive officer,

    ** He was appointed as co's chief operating officer in
January 2022 and has served in other senior executive roles,
including CEO of Command Center Inc
    ** STRR says Coleman will also be nominated to serve as a
director at the company's upcoming annual meeting of
shareholders
    ** Stock was down ~54% YTD, as of last close
