** Co's class A shares opened at $3.75, 25 cents less than
their IPO pricing of $4/share
** STFS raised $8.6 mln by selling 2.15 mln class A ordinary
shares
** Cathay Securities is the representative and WestPark
Capital is an underwriter for the offering
