    ** CNBC TV-18 on Wednesday reported co's existing investors
were likely to offload stake worth $250 mln-$270 mln via block
deals
    ** Around 7% of shares changed hands in pre-market block
deal, CNBC-TV 18 reported on Thursday
    ** STAU did not immediately respond to Reuters' inquiry on
the block deal
    ** Stk up 3.7% at YTD
