** Stock hits highest since November 4; on track to snap four-session gaining run

** Intellectual property creator and operator's unit forms equally-owned JV with Beijing Lingyi Technology - unit of robotics group Yushu Technology

** Says JV will be responsible for creation, development, operation, promotion, sales of consumer-grade IP robots, including pet quadruped robots, performing humanoid robots, IP derivative products

** YTD, Star Plus shares surges 97.6%
