** Shares of drug developer  SPL.AX  rise as much as 4.6% to
A$1.360, their highest level since Sept. 30
    ** Says Viraleze, co's antiviral nasal spray that has
properties against the Delta variant of COVID-19, has been
registered for sale in Saudi Arabia, marking its first

    ** Says co is advancing negotiations with a local
distributor in Saudi Arabia, while consumers in the region can
purchase Viraleze online in the meantime 
    ** Stock down 16.9% this year, as of last close, vs a 12.5%
increase in the ASX All Ordinaries Index  .AORD
