** Stock set for its strongest session, if current trends hold

** The biotech firm announcesa collaboration and license agreement with Genentech to develop potential cancer therapies
that leverage SPL's proprietary DEP drug delivery technology

** Starpharma will receive upfront payment of $5.5 million, tiered royalties on global net sales, others

** About 12.2 million shares change hands, 39.4x the 30-day average volume

** Stock currently up 65.4%, bringing YTD gains to 95.5%
