Startek rises on all-cash deal by CSP Management

** Shares of business solutions provider Startek Inc
 SRT.N  up 29.1% at $4.21
    ** Co announces acquisition by funds managed by Capital
Square Parters Management in an all-cash transaction
    ** CSP will acquire all shares of Startek not already owned
for $4.30 per share, representing a total equity value of about
$174 mln
    ** After transaction, Startek will become a private company
    ** Says deal is not subject to any financing contingency
    ** Transaction expected to close by the end of 2023
    ** Including session gains, SRT stock up 12.27% YTD
