Director Shareholding Notification
The Company was informed on 16 March 2021 that Gemma Cryan, a director, acquired 5,903 ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares"). These shares were purchased to rectify an administrative error made in her brokerage account that resulted in 5,903 Ordinary Shares being sold from her brokerage account without her knowledge on 21 January 2021. Ms Cryan became aware of the error earlier this month. The gain of £275, after costs, was donated to the charity Sightsavers (Registered charity numbers 207544 and SC038110). Gemma Cryan's holding remains unchanged at 1,241,112 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.16% of the Company's voting rights.
