Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed specialist mining and resources investment business, is pleased to announce a Net Asset Value update as at 31 December 2017.

Callum Baxter, Chairman and CEO commented: 'Increased interest in the mining sector continued during the latter parts of 2017 and Starvest has benefitted from the positive sentiment. It is pleasing to see the continued improvement in our Portfolio Value over the past year (up 90%) and an increase in our Company Net Asset Value (up 125%). Overall, our market capitalisation has more than doubled year on year. Commodity prices are continuing their upward trend and interest in our portfolio stocks remains high. We look forward to broadening our investment portfolio and acquiring mining project opportunities in the coming months.'
