Net Asset Value at 30 September 2020

 

Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed specialist mining and resources investment business, announces a Net Asset Value update as at 30 September 2020.

 

Callum Baxter, Chairman and CEO, commented: "We are pleased with the significant appreciation in portfolio value over recent months. The decision to steer the investment portfolio toward gold stocks over the past 18 months has been a rewarding strategy. Share price and the Company's market capitalisation have increased more than 700% compared to a year ago, while the underlying portfolio has gained more than 750%. Our hand-picked portfolio constituents have achieved excellent returns for our shareholders. In particular, Greatland Gold plc and to a lesser extent Ariana Resources plc were key contributors to the portfolio's appreciation. We believe that the long-term outlook for gold prices remains favourable and we remain committed to our strategy."
