Director dealings
The Company advises that John Watkins, a director of the Company, notified the company on 7 April 2017 and 12 April 2017 that he carried out the following transactions in the Company's stock in order to transfer stock to an ISA in his name:
 On 7 April 2017: Sold 100,000 ordinary shares at 2.0 pence per share;
 On 7 April 2017: Bought 97,906 ordinary shares at 2.03 pence per share;
 On 12 April 2017: Sold 500,000 ordinary shares at 2.0 pence per share;
 On 12 April 2017: Bought 497,831 ordinary shares at 2.006 pence per share.
Following these transactions, John Watkins' interest in the Company's ordinary share capital totals 2,362,879, of which 1,200,000 are held by his wife, Diane Mary Watkins.
