Starvest Plc ("Starvest" or "the Company")

Director dealings

The Company advises that Gemma Cryan, a director of the Company, notified the
company on 12 April 2022 that she carried out the following transactions in
the Company's stock in order to transfer stock to an ISA in her name:

· On 11 April 2022:  Sold 179,000 Starvest ordinary shares at 11.15 pence
per share;

· On 11 April 2017:  Bought 179,000 Starvest ordinary shares at 11.17 pence
per share;

Following these transactions, Gemma Cryan's interest in the Company's ordinary
share capital remains unchanged with 1,490,254 shares constituting a 2.56%
holding in the Company.
