Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed specialist mining and resources investment business announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at the City office of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU at 11.00 am on Friday 1st December. 
The Notice of the AGM is included within the Annual Report which has been posted to Shareholders. A copy of the Notice of AGM will also be made available on the Company's website,www.starvest.co.uk
