Notice of AGM

Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed specialist mining
and resources investment business, announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will take place at the East India Club, 16 St James's Square, St.
James's, London SW1Y 4LH at 11am on Tuesday 22(nd) March.

The Notice of AGM will be posted to Shareholders this week. A copy of the
Notice of AGM ("Notice") will also be made available on the Company's
website, www.starvest.co.uk (http://www.starvest.co.uk/)

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, changes may be required to be made in
relation to the Notice. Any changes will be notified to all Shareholders in
writing and via a Regulatory News Service announcement.
