Result of AGM and resignation of director
At the AGM of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of Resolution 3, which was withdrawn.
Earlier today, Tony Scutt informed the Company that he did not intend to seek re-election and that he would therefore be standing down from the Starvest board following the AGM.
The board would like to express its gratitude to Tony for his years of service to the Company and to wish him well for the future.
