Disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015:

Outcome of the Board Meeting- 1) Financial Results for the Quarter/FY ended
31.03.2023; 2) Declaration of Dividend

 

In terms of Regulation 33 (3) (d) and Regulation 30 (6) of the SEBI LODR, 2015
and other applicable provisions, we submit a copy of the Audited Standalone
and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / financial
year ended 31st March, 2023, taken on record by the Central Board of the Bank
at its Meeting held on 18th May, 2023.

2. Further, pursuant to Regulation 43 and Regulation 30 (6), we advise that
the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on 18th May, 2023, has
declared a Dividend of Rs. 11.30 per equity share (1130%) for the financial
year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of payment of Dividend is fixed on 14th
June, 2023 and the dividend warrants will be dispatched before the date of
payment, which will be payable, in India, at par at all branches of State Bank
of India, irrespective of the amount.

3. Further, we hereby confirm and declare that the Statutory Auditors of the
Bank have issued Audit Report on Audited Financial Results (Standalone and
Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 with
unmodified opinion.

4. Please note that the said Central Board Meeting commenced at 10 AM and
concluded at 1.15 PM.
