In compliance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we submit as under:

Clause (a) and clause (e) of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 29
A meeting of the Bank's Central Board will be held on Friday, the 27th May, 2016, at Kolkata, to discuss and approve the audited financial results of the Bank for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2016. 
The Board may also consider in the above meeting the declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16
Regulation 30(6) read with item No.15 of Para A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations
An 'Analysts' Meet' (Admission by invitation only) is scheduled to be held at 5.00 pm on Friday, the 27th May 2016 at Kolkata.
Clause (a) of sub-regulation (1) and Sub-Regulation 2 & 5 of Regulation 42.
The Register of Shareholders of State Bank of India will be closed for transfer of shares for payment of dividend, if any, for 2015-16 from 07th June 2016 (Tuesday) to 11th June 2016 (Saturday).

2. Pursuant to the above, and in terms of Bank's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the State Bank of India for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in SBI's Shares will be closed for designated persons / employees from Monday, the 16th May 2016, and will end 48 hours after the results are made public.
