We refer to our letter no.: CC/S&B/SK/2021/448 dated 25.10.2021 intimating about the Meeting of the Central Board of the Bank for considering the financial results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.

In terms of Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 (6) and other applicable regulations of the SEBI LODR, 2015, we forward herewith a copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2021, approved by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on 03rd November, 2021 at Mumbai.
 
3. The Central Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 AM and concluded at 01.30 PM.
