SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II plc (the "Company")

 

 

 ISIN          Fund/Share Class Name
 IE00BFTWP510  SPDR EURO STOXX Low Volatility UCITS ETF (Acc)

(the "Fund")

 

The company hereby gives notice that the board of Directors of the Company
have determined to delist the Fund from certain exchanges, as outlined in
Appendix 1.

 

The Delisting is on the recommendation of State Street Global Advisors Europe
Limited, which acts as investment manager to the Funds and is in accordance
with the terms of the Prospectus and the Company's memorandum and articles of
association. Having consulted with the Investment Manager, the Directors are
of the opinion that the Delisting is in the best interests of Shareholders of
the Funds.

 

No Fund will be closed as a result of the Delisting.

 

From the date of this notice up to (but excluding) the Delisting Dates, you
can continue to sell Shares in the Fund on the current exchange venues.
Following the Delisting Dates, you can continue to hold Shares in the Fund
that have been delisted but you will no longer be able to sell those Shares on
the exchanges from which they will be delisted. You will be able to sell those
Shares on any of the other exchanges on which they remain listed but there may
be additional costs associated with using another exchange. In view of the
above, Shareholders are strongly advised to consult with their brokers or
financial advisors on the options available to them and obtain the necessary
advice.

 

 

It should be noted that the Delisting applies to the stated Fund and exchanges
only and does not affect shareholdings in any other sub-funds of the Company.
