Australia's Steadfast gets buyout bid from consortium for $5.41 billion enterprise value June 10 (Reuters) - Australia's Steadfast Group SDF.AX said on Wednesday it has received an offer from a consortium comprising Amwins Group and Dragoneer Investment Group to acquire 100% of the company for an enterprise value of A$7.7 billion ($5.41 billion).
