at $3.22 after Q2 profit rises vs a year ago
    ** GASS reports a profit of 32 cents a share, up from 4

    ** Rev increases to $39.3 mln with 34 active vessels vs
$32.2 mln with 42 active vessels a year ago
    ** Co gains around $8.9 mln from joint ventures this quarter
