** TMT steel rebar maker on Wednesday announced strategic MoU with NMDC NMDC.NS for long-term iron ore procurement
** More than 45.6 mln shares change hands by 12:56 pm IST, nearly 23x the 30-day avg
** Stock up 28.7% YTD
