** The vehicle wheels and rims maker's board approves
memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Israel-based REDLER
Technologies
** STWH, REDLER to form joint venture in India to produce
and market motion control systems for 2,3,& 4-wheel electric
vehicles
** More than 228,000 shares change hands by 0726 GMT vs
30-day avg of 157,291 shares
** Stock down 8.2% so far this year up to last close vs
