since Sept 30
    ** Co stock hits highest level since Sept 30, on track for a
third consecutive session of gains
    ** On Friday, co shareholders at their 36th Annual General
Meeting approved sub-division of shares (https://bityl.co/EqM3)
    ** One equity share of 5 rupees face value each will be
sub-divided into five equity shares of 1 rupee face value each
    ** Co is engaged in the business of manufacturing steel
wheel rims and alloy wheel rims, which are used in automotive
vehicles
    ** More than 22,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg of
51,292 shares
    ** Stock down 7.34% YTD, as of last close
