    * Management believes that growth will continue in q4 if 
premature winter conditions do not hinder construction work 
    * Management is forecasting growth over year as a whole for 
revenues and also EBIT in low double-digit percentage range 
    * Q3 ebitda margin increased to 17.3%  versus q3 2016
