The Trump administration wants to increase the level of regional content in North American-built vehicles to 82% to qualify for preferential treatment under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement on trade, with 50% of that value produced in the United States, four people familiar with the U.S. negotiating position said on Friday.

The Italian company is considering options for its financial services outsourcing division, including a partial or full sale, two sources close to the matter said.

The insurance company said on Friday that credit rating agency Moody’s had upgraded its Insurer Financial Strength Rating (IFSR) to “A3”, with a stable outlook.
