Stellantis' Europe chief warns EU's green steel plans will hurt affordability BRUSSELS, June 10 (Reuters) - Emanuele Cappellano, the European chief of carmaker Stellantis STLAM.MI, said on Wednesday that the EU's green steel plans would hurt the drive to make cars more affordable, especially when it came to small cars.
He added that more flexiblity was needed from the EU, regarding CO2 targets for commercial vans.
