Total Voting Rights

 

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1, Stelrad (SRAD) would like to notify the market
of the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises 127,352,555 ordinary shares of
£1.00 ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in
treasury.

The total number of voting rights attributable to the Ordinary Shares is
therefore 127,352,555.

The above figure (127,352,555) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Ordinary
Shares under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
