Sept 4 (Reuters) - Stereotaxis Inc  STXS.O : 
 * Announces warrants offering 
 * Says it will conduct a registered offering of subscription warrants to the 
   holders of its common shares 
 * Says each holder will be issued, at no charge, one subscription warrant for 
   every four common shares held 
 * Warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one share of common stock at a 
   price of $1.10 per share
