    ** Revenue from ops falls 91.7% YoY due to rising costs and
lower contributions from on-going International EPC projects
    ** Stock marks its sharpest intraday pct fall since Feb. 24,
2022    
    ** Stock's fall puts it below its 50-, 100- and 200-day
exponential moving averages
    ** Shares hit their lowest since Feb. 3
    ** Share volume exceeds 1.7x the 30-day average in first
hour of trade
    ** Stock trims YTD gains to 5.3% from 14.93% last close,
after paring some losses
