    ** Co to receive 752.6 mln rupees ($9.03 mln) under
indemnity agreement with parties including Shapoorji Pallonji
and Co (SPCPL)
    ** Adds SPCL will pay claim amount of 3.43 billion rupees in
next few business days
    ** More than 668,500 shares change hands by 11:44 a.m. IST,
0.8x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock last up 2.4%, extending YTD gains to 28%
