3.9% to 175 rupees, highest since May 17
    ** Co says has partnered with broadband services provider
TruVista and are investing in manufacturing fibre networks in
rural South Carolina
    ** Trading vol as of 9:57 a.m. IST is 0.5X 30-day DMA
    ** Stock' last up 2.4%, cutting YTD losses to 1.8%
