India's Sterlite Technologies jumps after order win

** Shares of Sterlite Technologies Ltd  STTE.NS  rise as
much as 6.2% to 129.70 rupees 
    ** Network solutions provider says it emerged as L1 bidder -
co offering the lowest price in a bidding - for a contract from
BSNL worth 16.25 bln rupees ($192.6 mln)
    ** Stock on track to gain for 2nd straight week, if gains
hold; up 8% so far this week
    ** More than 3.9 mln shares traded as of 10:21 a.m. IST, vs
their 30-day moving avg of over 2.1 mln shares 
    ** STTE last up 5.7%; cuts YTD losses to 9.6%
