145.65 rupees 
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain Nov. 16 
    ** Co says has partnered with fiber optic internet provider
Lumos 
    ** STTE will provide advanced, purpose-engineered optical
fiber cable designs to meet Lumos' specific network needs
    ** STTE eyes second straight session of gains
    ** More than 7.8 mln shares change hands as of 12:38 p.m.
IST, 4.8x the 30-day moving average
    ** Including session's moves, stock up 1.7% so far this
year, after falling 18.8% in 2023
