Sterling Dividend Amount

Quarterly Dividend

On 29 December 2021, Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company")
announced a dividend of US$0.0225 per ordinary share to be paid on 28 January
2022 and the Final Currency Election Date of 10 January 2022 for shareholders
who wished to elect to receive the dividend in Sterling rather than in U.S.
Dollars.

The Company today announces the Sterling dividend payable on 28 January 2022
will be 1.6182393556 pence per ordinary share.  The Sterling dividend amount
payable in cash was converted on 20 January 2022 at an exchange rate of £1 =
US$1.3904.
