PDMR Share Grants
WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, announces that on 3
October 2022 it awarded a total of 111,768 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs")
under the 2013 WANdisco plc US Equity Incentive Plan, including awards of RSUs
to the PDMRs shown below. All RSUs were granted at 10p each.
