** Shares of Stockland Corporation SGP.AX rise 2.4% to A$5.100

** Stock set for its strongest session since February 17, if current trends hold

** Diversified real estate co finalises contractual negotiations for the Waterloo Renewal Project with Homes NSW

** Says co along with consortium partners to deliver mixed tenure community of over 3,000 apartments including 50% affordable housing

** SGP rose as much as 3.8% to 5.170 earlier in the day, to its highest level since March 4

** Stock up 6.3% YTD, including current session's moves
