** Shares of Stockland Corp SGP.AX rise as much as 1.6% to A$5.640, their highest level since September 2008

** Real estate investment trust says CFO Alison Harrop to step down

** Appoints Josh McHutchison as the incoming CFO

** McHutchison currently serves as the CFO of Sydney Airport; has more than 30 years of experience in the property and finance sectors

** Stock last up ~1%, takes YTD gains to 16.7%
