Brazil's Totvs resumes talks to buy StoneCo's Linx, signs exclusivity agreement

SAO PAULO, April 25 (Reuters) - Brazilian software company Totvs TOTS3.SA said on Friday it has resumed talks to acquire StoneCo's STNE.O unit Linx, adding it signed an agreement to have exclusivity in the negotiations during a certain period, according to a securities filing.
