    * Reports full year net income group share of 0.6 million 
euros  ($645,840) versus 2.0 million euros a year ago 
    * Full year revenue excluding tax is 62.8 million euros 
versus 79.2 million euros a year ago 
    * Proposes dividend of 0.09 euro per share
