** Shares of Strandline Resources Ltd  STA.AX  rise as much
as 7.8% to A$0.485, their highest since Sept. 21
    ** Miner says co has achieved commercial production of heavy
mineral concentrate product (HMC) at Coburn mineral sands
project in Western Australia
    ** Says HMC stockpiles growing, with first shipment expected
next month
    ** Shares of co are up 60.7% YTD as of last close
