** Shares of Strandline Resources  STA.AX  rise as much as
6.1% to A$0.260, biggest intraday gain since Nov. 30

 it will sign a contract with Govt. Of Tanzania regarding a
framework agreement with the government

    ** STA on track for a second straight gain session
    ** As of last close, STA has climbed 30.7% this year
